Cannes is home to one of the most prestigious international film festivals, attracting many famous personalities, especially filmmakers and producers from Europe. This is a great opportunity for Thailand to highlight its capabilities and willingness to welcome foreign film crews, the Department of Tourism said.

The Thailand Pavilion aims to promote the kingdom, as well as to establish business links between Thai film studios and entrepreneurs from different countries. Jaturon noted that this exhibition of Thailand showcases the country's potential as a filming location and its willingness to accept foreign film productions.
