Tourists who are eligible for a visa when entering Thailand can now apply for a visa online.
Citizens of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Georgia can take advantage of this new opportunity by filling out a questionnaire and printing out their transaction number (trn). This feature will help them avoid long queues when applying for a passport stamp after arriving in the country.
While Russians do not need an entry document as they can stay in Thailand for up to 45 days without one, this new online service could be useful for them too.
