Beaches
Pattaya beach

Quite a large and crowded beach, considered the main and therefore the most popular. The point is also that boats from the mainland come to Pattaya Beach and there is an immigration control point for arrivals from Malaysia, so the beach is always crowded and noisy. The length along the coastline is about 4 km. The beach is separated from the city by a highway and a pedestrian zone - a promenade.

Sunrise beach

"Dawn" beach, from which you can admire the colorful sunrise or capture the views of the neighboring islands (to Koh Adang, Koh Kra, Koh Usen are literally a stone's throw). Its length is only 1.5 kilometers, but the width varies depending on the time of day - at high tide, the beach strip becomes very narrow.

Sunset beach

Sunset Beach, as the name implies, is the beach from which the sunset is best seen. This spectacle draws crowds of people every evening.

Sunset is located in the western part of the island and is not very large, but nice and cozy beach. The sand here is larger and not so soft and snow-white, and there are stones on the shore and coastal zone. The depth near the shore is small, fish are visible in the water. As on other beaches of the island, there is a cafe here, there are several hotels on the first line, sunbeds are available. This is a quiet and remote place to stay. However, Walking Street is not so far away - just 15 minutes on foot, and you are on the main street of the tourist area.

Sanom beach

Sanom Beach can be called a secret beach - despite the fact that it is located next to the crowded Pattaya Beach, few people know about it. To get there, you need to find a wooden bridge on the right side of Pattaya Beach and cross it. The bridge is built on rocks and is very picturesque, it is impossible not to stop and take a picture of the amazing view. On the beach there is the only Sanom Beach Resort hotel, which, unfortunately, is not in the booking systems.

Bulow beach

Bulow Beach is another great place for tourists who prefer small, cozy beaches and picturesque views. It is located next to Sunrise Beach and is a sandy spit that goes into the sea. At low tide, the water recedes so much that you can almost reach the neighboring island of Koh Adang.

Beach at Cliff Sunset

The beach at the Cliff Sunset beach resort does not have its own name, but diving enthusiasts will undoubtedly like it - there are coral reefs and a lot of fish near the coast, so this is a great place for snorkeling. There is a bar on the beach and two very good hotels - The Cliff Lipe and Decho Beach Resort. Rooms with sea views, and from the bar you can admire the sunset in silence.

Patai Galah beach & Svedo beach

Patai Galah beach and Svedo beach are less ennobled wild beaches, small in size. Due to the fact that they are far from tourist places, there are problems with garbage - there is a lot of dirt both on the sand and in the water. At high tide, the already small beaches become quite tiny. Jellyfish may appear in the water in autumn. These beaches can be reached either by boat or on foot through the jungle. The pluses include the complete absence of people and a large number of starfish.
