According to data provided by Knight Frank Thailand, the most popular areas for foreigners to live in Bangkok are: Ekkamai, Sukhumvit, Thong Lor and From Phong. The buyers of condominiums at these locations are Japanese, citizens of the European Union, America, Great Britain.
Also, Natta Kahapana, managing director of Night Frank Thailand, noted that since 2018, the ranking of the largest buyers of residential real estate has been led by the Chinese. On the next line are the citizens of Russia. Following are the Americans, the British, the Germans.
