Мыс Промтеп

In the southernmost part of the island there is a picturesque stone cape, which stretches from north to south. To admire the beautiful views, you can come here along with a sightseeing tour. Once upon a time, this strategically suitable place was chosen by the military, which is reminiscent of the monument to the Prince of Thailand, in whose honor many monuments have been erected throughout the kingdom.

There is also a lighthouse museum built of granite in 1996. The top of the lighthouse is crowned with a golden dome. On the cape there are observation platforms from which you can admire panoramic views of the seascapes. Of interest among travelers is the statue of Brahma located on the cape, surrounded by a large number of various figurines of elephants.
