Maenam Beach 10.7 km from Koh Samui Airport
The third most popular among vacationers is the rather long Maenam beach. It is located between the two resorts of Bo Phut and Bang Por. All sorts of catering points, shopping centers, numerous bungalows, hotels and guest houses are spread along the five-kilometer coastline. Here you can rent housing in any price segment.
The yellow sandy beach smoothly merges into the sandy seabed. The depth increases rapidly, so do not leave children unattended. The beach is surrounded by palm trees, providing a pleasant shade on a hot afternoon. Parts of the beach area owned by hotels provide sun loungers and umbrellas. Here you can also use the services of masseurs; for these purposes, tents are set up on the beach. There are no special beach activities provided here. The only attraction of this place is an ancient Chinese temple, decorated with bizarre paintings, which we recommend visiting.
