It can be ordered in other countries, but in Thailand this must be done. Here it is cooked with shrimp and other seafood. For the base, they take coconut milk, thanks to which the soup gets a very original taste.

Snacks are especially popular. For example, rice paper rolls. Various ingredients are used as fillings. As a rule, these are pieces of chicken, shrimp, vegetables and tofu cheese. The locals love this kind of food. A snack does not harm the figure, but at the same time it is quite satisfying.

Another popular dish is fried Pad Thai. It is fried in a special fish sauce. Other ingredients are also added to the dish, from shrimp and fish pieces to soybeans, nuts and tofu cheese. The latter ingredient is especially popular in this region. Cooking noodles is quite simple, but at the same time the dish turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.

Small skewers are the most popular street food dish. They are sold in the markets or in small tents. For their preparation, pork, crab meat, squid, octopus are used. By the way, the price of this dish is very reasonable.

If we talk about desserts, then these are most often fruit salads and necks. There are a lot of fresh exotic fruits on the island. Most often, tourists order mango and lychee desserts. Durian is one of the most unusual fruits. The smell is quite strong and unpleasant.
