Tup Kaek is a small wild beach with a length of 1000 meters, located on the west coast of Krabi province.
You can get here by car or motorcycle. Transport can be rented.
The beach is covered with coarse-grained yellow-brown sand and shell rock. Entry into the water is gradual, gentle. The maximum depth of the slope in the water is located approximately 25-30 meters from the shore. The water is clear, the sea is always calm. Bathing depends on the tides. At low tide, the edge of the surf recedes from the shore by 100 meters or more. A zigzag relief opens before tourists at this time. At high tide, the beach is almost completely submerged, the waves crashing against the roots of the trees.
In good sunny weather, the sea becomes fabulously turquoise. And on the horizon you can see islands and high cliffs covered with tropical vegetation.
What to do on the beach?
There is no infrastructure on the beach. Travelers should bring food and drinks with them.
Tup Caek Beach is not crowded, a little deserted. The location is ideal for lovers of a quiet holiday.
As an entertainment, vacationers can admire the views from the observation deck of the waterfall.
You can also try the equipped trekking trail, which is about 4 km long.
