Its length is five kilometers. Almost all the beaches of the city are well-groomed and clean. The entrance to the sea is quite smooth, and the coast is strewn with fine white sand. The beach is ideal for families with children.

During high tides, most of the coast falls under water. About 10-15 meters remain from the sandy strip. After the tide is out, the water begins to drain. Because of this, swimming is extremely inconvenient. Even while swimming, you need to be extremely careful, especially from May to June. At this time, the sea is full of jellyfish. Also, a strong wind often “walks” on the coast of the city beach.

The beach area is well maintained. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There are toilets, showers, you can rent a sun lounger or umbrella. If you wish, you can rent diving equipment. Renting an umbrella or deck chair will cost you 150 baht. Many hotels have been built near the coast, cafes and bars are open. You can eat here.

The beach itself can be divided into several parts: central, northern and southern.

The central part is very easy to see. Here is one of the most famous sights of the city - "Stone Head". Nearby is the hotel "Hilton". To get to the main part of the city beach, you need to go to the gate, which is located next to the tourist police building. This is Damnernkasen Rd.

There are a lot of visitors on the beach. This part is noisy and crowded. Traders walk everywhere, there are tents, and it is also here that there are most bars and restaurants.

The northern part of this beach originates from the fishing pier. It stretched almost to the airport. There are much less people here, but it is very clean and spacious. Sirikit Park and Hua Ling Royal Palace are nearby.

Unfortunately, there are no rental points here, so you won’t be able to rent a sun lounger or umbrella. But you can definitely enjoy the peace and quiet!

The beginning of the southern part is near Mount Khao Takiab. She is very small and narrow. There are not many visitors here either. No infrastructure, rental points, cafes and restaurants. This part is also most suitable for a relaxing holiday.
