Doi Suthep-Pui National Park

This is one of the largest peaks in Northern Thailand. The height of Doi Suthep is 1676 meters. This tower has a twin - Doi Pui with a height of 1685 meters. These peaks are completely shrouded in jungle. The twins are located almost at the end of the city of Chiang Mai.
This is a huge area of 265 sq. km. The park attracts many tourists and nature lovers. Also here is the ancient temple of Phra That Doi Suthep. Here you can see about 300 species of birds and more than 2000 different plants.
In addition, people come here to ride bicycles. The area is perfect for mountain skiing. Some travel agencies offer different excursions. Basically, these are trips along the roads that the ancestors laid for trade routes a very long time ago.
