This temple will be smaller than Phra Singh. It was founded in 1441. Later there was an earthquake, and because of this, most of the temple was damaged.
The emerald Buddha statue used to be here, but now it stands in the Phra Kaew temple, which is located in the capital of Thailand. However, this is just a copy that was made from jade.
In the central shrine, tourists can see a statue of Buddha with two of his disciples. In one part of the temple there are pavilions made of teak wood. Here you can see beautiful chapels and statues. There is also another Buddha sitting here, but only this sculpture is made in the Chinese style.
Monarchs hold talks under the trees every day. This is what attracts tourists.
