The monastery is richly decorated. Looking at such magnificence, one can realize how strong the influence of the Burmese teak traders was. They immigrated to Chiang Mai around the 19th century.
Particular attention should be paid to the Dharma hall. This is a very beautiful room. It has a library and a huge prayer room upstairs. There is also a teak viham. It is decorated with mirror mosaic. This decoration was used during the existence of Lanna.
